* Rates are based on an average sized yards up to 1/4 acre.  Additional charges of $2.00 per 1/4 acre per visit will be added for larger yards.

First Initial Visit Cleaning up Fee

All new weekly accounts require an initial set up/ first time visit one time clean-up fee of $35.00, which covers the prior yard waste accumulation.

Payment Due

Payment is due at time of service for Initial and one time clean up service.

 We set up a automatic credit/debit card subscription through a trusted merchant provider so you don't have to deal with sending a payment each month. Cancel at any time!

We do work in the rain! However, we do not work during thunderstorms or serious weather conditions. If the weather is not cooperating, we will simply postpone our visit till the following week.
